At Gardenpowerremov, located in Amsterdam, Netherlands, we are committed to providing high-quality tailoring and repair services that meet Dutch craftsmanship standards. We stand behind our workmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with the tailoring and repair services we provide to the Amsterdam community.
Upon completion of your tailoring or repair service, we encourage you to review the work before leaving our atelier. If you notice any issues or are not satisfied with the results, please inform us immediately.
If you are not satisfied with the completed work, you may return within 7 days of collection for adjustments at no additional charge, provided:
Adjustments requested after 7 days may be subject to additional charges depending on the nature of the work required.
Due to the custom nature of our tailoring and repair services, refunds are generally not available once work has been completed. However, we will work with you to resolve any concerns and make necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
If you need to cancel a service before work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before work commences will not incur charges. If work has already started, charges may apply based on the work completed.
We take great care with all garments entrusted to us. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during our service, we will work with you to resolve the situation fairly. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided or the cost of repair, whichever is less.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or fabric weaknesses that may become apparent during or after our service. We recommend discussing any concerns about garment condition during the initial consultation.
Completed tailoring and repair work should be collected from our Amsterdam atelier within 30 days of completion notification. Uncollected items may be subject to storage fees as permitted under Dutch consumer protection laws. Items not collected within 90 days may be disposed of at our discretion, in accordance with Dutch law regarding unclaimed property.
